Ingredients

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

2 large eggs, beaten

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

¼ cup buffalo sauce

1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

Optional: ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping
Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.

Combine flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.

Beat eggs in a second bowl and pour panko breadcrumbs into a third.

Dredge chicken cubes in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with panko.

Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray and place chicken in a single layer.

Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes, shake basket, then cook 5–7 minutes more until golden brown.

Toss cooked chicken in buffalo sauce mixed with olive oil or melted butter.
