¾ cup warm milk

¼ cup granulated sugar

½ cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1 cup powdered sugar

2–3 tablespoons milk

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Combine warm milk and yeast in a bowl. Let sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.

Add sugar, melted butter, egg, vanilla, and salt. Mix well.

Gradually add flour and mix until a soft dough forms.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 8 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Roll the dough into a large rectangle. Spread softened butter over the surface.

Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly over the dough.

Roll the dough tightly into a log and shape it into a ring. Pinch the ends together.

Place the ring on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let it rise for about 45 minutes.

Bake at 350°F for 22–25 minutes until golden brown.

Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make icing. Drizzle over the cooled cake and decorate with colored sugar.
