Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz. each), fresh or thawed

1 lb. asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 lemon, thinly sliced

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp paprika

2 tsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)

Optional: 1 tbsp butter or ghee

Optional: ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.

Mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and dill. Brush over salmon fillets.

Place asparagus in the center of each foil sheet and drizzle with olive oil and salt. Lay salmon on top, add lemon slices and optional butter.

Fold foil to seal packets tightly.

Bake for 15-18 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
