Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

1 cup fresh blueberries

1 cup fresh raspberries

1½ cups granola

2 tablespoons sliced almonds or chopped pistachios (optional)

Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.

Wash and dry berries, then dice strawberries into small pieces.

Spoon yogurt into the bottom of each glass or jar.

Add a layer of mixed berries, then sprinkle granola on top.
