Description

Bright, creamy, and layered with juicy berries, these Berry Yogurt Parfait Cups look as good as they taste. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a light dessert everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

  • 1½ cups granola

  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds or chopped pistachios (optional)

  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)


Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Wash and dry berries, then dice strawberries into small pieces.

  • Spoon yogurt into the bottom of each glass or jar.

  • Add a layer of mixed berries, then sprinkle granola on top.

  • Repeat layers until glasses are full, finishing with yogurt and berries.

  • Garnish with nuts or mint if desired and serve immediately.
