  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 0.5 teaspoon turmeric

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Fresh cilantro, chopped

  • Juice of 1 lime


Instructions

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden, then remove.
