Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix flour, brown sugar, and salt, then stir in melted butter until crumbly.
  • Press most of the mixture into the pan and reserve 1 cup for topping.
  • Bake crust for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly golden.
  • Toss peaches with sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  • Spread peach filling over the crust evenly.
  • Sprinkle reserved crumble mixture on top.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Cool completely, then slice into bars and serve.
