Turn ripe peaches into a dessert everyone will crave. These crumble pie bars are sweet, buttery, and impossible to resist.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, brown sugar, and salt, then stir in melted butter until crumbly.
- Press most of the mixture into the pan and reserve 1 cup for topping.
- Bake crust for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly golden.
- Toss peaches with sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Spread peach filling over the crust evenly.
- Sprinkle reserved crumble mixture on top.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool completely, then slice into bars and serve.
