Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)


Instructions

  • Whisk flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl, then add eggs and mix until smooth.

  • Slowly whisk in milk, then stir in melted butter and vanilla until the batter is thin and lump-free.

  • Let the batter rest for 20 to 30 minutes at room temperature.

  • Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.

  • Pour batter into the center of the pan and swirl to coat thinly.

  • Cook until the edges lift, flip, and cook briefly on the second side.

  • Repeat with remaining batter and serve warm with desired fillings.
