- 2 medium zucchinis (about 400 g)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Wash and slice zucchini into thin rounds.
- Pat slices dry with paper towels.
- Toss with olive oil and seasonings.
- Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet or air fryer basket.
- Bake at 225°F for 1.5 to 2 hours or air fry at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Flip or shake halfway through cooking.
- Remove when golden and crisp, then cool before serving.
