Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium zucchinis (about 400 g)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Wash and slice zucchini into thin rounds.
  • Pat slices dry with paper towels.
  • Toss with olive oil and seasonings.
  • Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet or air fryer basket.
  • Bake at 225°F for 1.5 to 2 hours or air fry at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Flip or shake halfway through cooking.
  • Remove when golden and crisp, then cool before serving.
