Ingredients

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/3 cup olive oil

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp brown sugar

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

2–3 tbsp chopped parsley

2–2.5 lbs steak of choice
Instructions

Whisk all marinade ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

Place steak in a bag or dish and pour marinade over it.

Marinate in the refrigerator for 2–8 hours.

Remove steak, pat dry, and bring to room temperature.

Cook steak on grill or skillet until desired doneness.

Rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
