Mini Big Mac Sliders bring the classic burger taste into bite-sized perfection. Perfect for parties, snacks, or game day, these sliders are irresistibly juicy and cheesy.
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)

12 mini slider buns (soft and fresh)

6 slices American cheese, halved

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

½ cup finely chopped white onion

12 dill pickle slices

¼ cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp ketchup
-
1 tsp yellow mustard
-
1 tsp white vinegar
-
1 tsp sweet pickle relish

½ tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp onion powder

Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

Prepare the special sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, relish, garlic powder, and onion powder. Chill for 30 minutes.

Divide ground beef into 12 portions and shape into thin patties slightly larger than buns. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook patties over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side. Add cheese during the last 30 seconds and cover to melt.

Slice and lightly toast buns for 1–2 minutes.

Assemble sliders: bottom bun, sauce, onions, lettuce, cheese-topped patty, pickle, top bun.
