This blackberry tiramisu is cool, creamy, and impossible to stop eating. The ultimate no-bake summer dessert that feels fancy but takes almost no effort.
Ingredients

1 cup strong brewed espresso or coffee, cooled

2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)

12 oz ladyfinger cookies

1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

16 oz mascarpone cheese

3/4 cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 cups fresh blackberries

1/3 cup blackberry jam or compote

2 tablespoons powdered sugar for garnish
Instructions

Brew espresso or coffee, let it cool, and mix with coffee liqueur if using.

Beat mascarpone with sugar and vanilla until smooth.

Whip heavy cream to soft peaks and gently fold into mascarpone.

Lightly mash half of the blackberries with jam, leaving the rest whole.

Quickly dip ladyfingers into coffee and layer them in a dish.

Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.

Spoon half of the blackberry mixture on top.

Repeat layers and finish with remaining berries.

Cover and chill for at least 6 hours before serving.
