6 tablespoons (85 g) unsalted butter, cold and cubed

3/4 cup (180 ml) buttermilk, cold

1 cup (150 g) fresh or frozen blueberries

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet.

Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
