Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup raw Brazil nuts, soaked

  • 1 medium ripe banana

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Ice cubes as needed


Instructions

  • Wash blueberries, peel banana, and drain soaked Brazil nuts.

  • Pour almond milk into the blender first.

  • Add blueberries, banana, and Brazil nuts.

  • Add Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

  • Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until smooth, scraping sides as needed.

  • Adjust thickness with almond milk if necessary.

  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately, optionally topping with extra nuts or blueberries
