- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons blueberry jam
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff, glossy peaks form.
- Fold in cornstarch, vinegar, and vanilla.
- Shape into an 8-inch round with a shallow center.
- Bake for 75 to 90 minutes.
- Cool in the oven with the door slightly open.
- Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Toss blueberries with lemon juice and jam.
- Top cooled pavlova with whipped cream and blueberries.
