2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice

4 to 6 oz chilled brut sparkling wine or Champagne

Instructions

Chill two champagne flutes or coupe glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add vodka, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice.

Shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the mixture evenly into the chilled glasses.
