Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream

  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve some pasta water, then drain.

  • Season chicken with Cajun seasoning and smoked paprika.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and slice.

  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

  • Stir in Parmesan cheese gradually until smooth and thickened.

  • Add remaining seasoning and black pepper.

  • Toss cooked pasta in the sauce, adding reserved pasta water if needed.

  • Top with sliced chicken, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
