Description

This Cajun Chicken and Garlic Parmesan Linguine is creamy, spicy, and impossible to stop eating. One pan, bold flavors, and total weeknight comfort.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz linguine pasta

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced

  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 5 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.

  2. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning.

  3. Sear chicken in olive oil until cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  4. Melt butter in the same pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.

  5. Add chicken broth and cream, then simmer gently.

  6. Stir in Parmesan until smooth and creamy.

  7. Add chicken and pasta, tossing to coat evenly.

  8. Adjust seasoning, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
