Ingredients

12 chicken drumsticks, skin-on

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tsp dried oregano
-
1 tsp dried thyme
-
1 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp black pepper

1½ tsp kosher salt

1 tsp brown sugar

1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions

Preheat grill to 400°F and create two heat zones.

Pat drumsticks dry and coat with olive oil.

Mix all spices in a bowl.

Rub seasoning evenly over drumsticks.

Sear over direct heat for 3–4 minutes per side.

Move to indirect heat and cook 20–25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 175–185°F.

Brush with lemon juice and rest 5–10 minutes before serving.
