Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup caramel sauce

  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare a springform pan.

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, then press into the pan.

  • Bake crust for 10 minutes and let cool.

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugar.

  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each.

  • Stir in sour cream, vanilla, and flour until smooth.

  • Pour filling over crust and smooth the top.

  • Place pan in a water bath and bake for 55–65 minutes.

  • Let cheesecake cool in the oven, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

  • Mix caramel sauce with cream, pour over cheesecake, slice, and serve.
