Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

¼ cup granulated sugar

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

24 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

3 large eggs

1 cup sour cream

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 cup caramel sauce

2 tablespoons heavy cream
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare a springform pan.

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, then press into the pan.

Bake crust for 10 minutes and let cool.

Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugar.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each.

Stir in sour cream, vanilla, and flour until smooth.

Pour filling over crust and smooth the top.

Place pan in a water bath and bake for 55–65 minutes.

Let cheesecake cool in the oven, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
