Ingredients

  • 1 lb. rotini pasta

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef

  • 1 small yellow onion, diced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 24 oz. marinara sauce

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  • Cook rotini in salted boiling water until just al dente. Drain and set aside.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté onion until soft, then add garlic and cook briefly.

  • Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.

  • Stir in marinara sauce and seasonings. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  • Combine pasta with beef sauce and half of the cheeses. Mix well.

  • Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.

  • Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

  • Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
