Ingredients

1 lb. rotini pasta

1 lb. lean ground beef

1 small yellow onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

24 oz. marinara sauce

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp paprika

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Cook rotini in salted boiling water until just al dente. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté onion until soft, then add garlic and cook briefly.

Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.

Stir in marinara sauce and seasonings. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Combine pasta with beef sauce and half of the cheeses. Mix well.

Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.

Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
