Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti noodles

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika


Instructions

  • Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, drain, and set aside.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion until soft, then add garlic and cook briefly.

  • Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream, then whisk in cream cheese until smooth.

  • Season the sauce, add chicken, and mix well.

  • Toss spaghetti with the sauce and half of the cheese.

  • Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake at 375°F until bubbly.
