12 oz spaghetti noodles

2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 medium onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions

Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, drain, and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion until soft, then add garlic and cook briefly.

Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream, then whisk in cream cheese until smooth.
