Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen French fries or 4 large potatoes, cut into fries

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

  • 1 ½ cups cheese curds or mozzarella cheese, cubed

  • 2 cups chicken gravy (homemade or store-bought)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • Optional: ½ tsp cayenne pepper or hot sauce, ½ cup caramelized onions


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.

  • Cook chicken seasoned with salt, pepper, and paprika in a skillet over medium heat until golden and cooked through. Shred or dice.

  • Heat chicken stock in a saucepan. Whisk in flour or cornstarch until smooth. Simmer until thickened and season with salt, pepper, and optional cayenne.

  • Place hot fries on a platter, scatter chicken over fries, and pour gravy evenly on top.

  • Sprinkle cheese curds or cubes over the fries and gravy.

  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
