A quick sizzling chicken stir fry that tastes better than takeout and comes together in minutes. Fresh veggies and tender chicken make this your new favorite weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced

1 tbsp cornstarch

2 tbsp vegetable oil, divided

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup snow peas
-
1 medium carrot, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

3 tbsp soy sauce
-
2 tbsp oyster sauce
-
1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp brown sugar

¼ cup chicken broth

1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions

Toss sliced chicken with cornstarch.

Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, broth, vinegar, brown sugar, and sesame oil.

Heat 1 tbsp oil and cook chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove.

Add remaining oil and sauté garlic and ginger.

Add broccoli, peppers, carrots, and snow peas and stir fry until crisp.

Return chicken and pour in sauce.

Toss to coat, simmer briefly, and serve hot.
