Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 1 cup snap peas

  • 1 carrot, julienned

  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Slice chicken thinly and season with salt and pepper.

  • Whisk soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, chicken broth, and cornstarch in a bowl.

  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

  • Add remaining oil, then sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.

  • Add vegetables and stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes until crisp-tender.

  • Return chicken to the pan and pour in the sauce.

  • Cook until sauce thickens and coats everything evenly.

  • Drizzle with sesame oil and serve immediately.
