Mini cheesecakes get magical with chocolate gnome toppers. Perfectly creamy, chocolatey, and whimsical for any celebration.
Ingredients

1 cup (100 g) chocolate cookie crumbs

3 tbsp (45 g) unsalted butter, melted

16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened

½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar

2 large eggs, at room temperature

½ cup (120 ml) sour cream

¼ cup (60 ml) heavy cream
-
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
-
½ cup (90 g) semisweet chocolate chips, melted

Chocolate gnome decorations or chocolate candy melts
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare crust by mixing chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter, pressing into lined muffin tin.

Bake crusts for 5 minutes and let cool slightly.

Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar, eggs, sour cream, heavy cream, and vanilla. Mix gently.

Fold in melted chocolate for marbling.

Spoon batter over crusts, filling ¾ full. Place muffin tin in larger pan with hot water halfway up sides.

Bake 20–25 minutes until centers are almost set.

Cool for 10 minutes, then refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Decorate with chocolate gnome toppers or melted chocolate gnome shapes.

Serve chilled and enjoy whimsical, creamy bites.
