These Christmas Sausage Rolls bake up golden, crispy, and full of festive flavor. Perfect for parties or cozy nights, they disappear fast.
Ingredients

1 lb sausage meat

1 sheet puff pastry

1 small onion, finely diced

2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp dried thyme
-
1 tsp dried sage
-
½ tsp smoked paprika
-
½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

1 egg, beaten
-
1 tbsp breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix sausage meat with onion, garlic, thyme, sage, paprika, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs if needed.

Cut puff pastry into two long rectangles.

Shape sausage mixture into two long logs and place each on a pastry strip.

Brush one edge with egg, fold pastry over, and seal tightly.

Slice each long roll into smaller pieces.

Place on a baking sheet, score tops, and brush with egg.

Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and fully cooked.

Cool briefly before serving.
