These Christmas sugar cookie shots look fancy but are surprisingly easy. One bite and everyone asks for the recipe.
Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup white chocolate chips

1/2 cup heavy cream

Optional sprinkles for decoration
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a mini muffin pan.

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in egg and vanilla until smooth.

Mix flour, baking powder, and salt, then combine with wet ingredients.

Roll dough into balls and place in muffin pan.

Bake until lightly golden, then press wells into warm cookies.

Heat cream and pour over white chocolate chips, stirring until smooth.

Fill cookie cups with chocolate mixture and decorate as desired.
Notes
- You can substitute whole milk for half-and-half if you prefer a lighter drink.
- For stronger shots, adjust the amount of vodka and amaretto to taste.
