Ingredients

2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup croutons, toasted

2 large egg yolks, room temperature

2 anchovy fillets, mashed (optional)

Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk egg yolks, garlic, anchovies, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
