Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare two 9-inch cake pans.
- Whisk together all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla, then mix until smooth.
- Slowly stir in hot coffee.
- Divide batter between pans and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Cool cake layers completely.
- Beat frosting ingredients until fluffy.
- Frost between layers and over the entire cake.
- Slice and serve.
