Ingredients

1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tbsp olive oil

6 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Lower heat, melt butter, and add garlic. Cook briefly until fragrant.
