Cranberry Mousse Cups are the perfect mini Christmas treat that looks elegant but takes surprisingly little effort. Light, fluffy, and beautifully festive, these bite-sized desserts always steal the show.
Ingredients

2 cups (200g) fresh or frozen cranberries

½ cup (100g) granulated sugar

½ cup (120ml) water

1 packet (7g) unflavored gelatin

2 tbsp cold water (for blooming)

1½ cups (360ml) heavy cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional: 1 tsp orange zest

Optional garnishes: whipped cream, sugared cranberries, mint leaves, white chocolate curls
Instructions

Combine cranberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan and simmer until berries soften and burst.

Blend the mixture until completely smooth and strain if desired.

Bloom the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes, then whisk it into the warm cranberry puree.

Whip heavy cream and vanilla to soft peaks.

Fold whipped cream gently into the cooled cranberry mixture until light and airy.

Spoon or pipe the mousse into mini dessert cups.

Chill for at least 3 hours before serving
