Ingredients

  • 12 oz. spaghetti noodles or pasta of choice

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 6 slices of bacon, chopped

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 large eggs

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

  • Optional: 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes


Instructions

  • Cook pasta over stovetop as you normally would, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.

  • In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy and remove from pan, leaving fat.

  • Cook seasoned chicken in the same skillet until golden and cooked through, then remove.

  • Sauté garlic in skillet for 30 seconds, then add cream and Parmesan, stirring until smooth.

  • Whisk eggs with reserved pasta water and slowly add to cream sauce, stirring constantly.

  • Return chicken and bacon to skillet, add pasta, and toss to coat. Adjust sauce with pasta water if needed.

  • Garnish with parsley and optional red pepper flakes, then serve immediately.
