Ingredients

12 oz. spaghetti noodles or pasta of choice

2 tbsp. olive oil

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

6 slices of bacon, chopped

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 large eggs

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Optional: 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions

Cook pasta over stovetop as you normally would, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.

In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy and remove from pan, leaving fat.

Cook seasoned chicken in the same skillet until golden and cooked through, then remove.

Sauté garlic in skillet for 30 seconds, then add cream and Parmesan, stirring until smooth.

Whisk eggs with reserved pasta water and slowly add to cream sauce, stirring constantly.

Return chicken and bacon to skillet, add pasta, and toss to coat. Adjust sauce with pasta water if needed.
