Ingredients

1–2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional: 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt or coconut cream
Instructions

In a bowl or jar, combine chia seeds, cocoa powder, and salt.

Add milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

Whisk thoroughly until smooth and well combined.

Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
