Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 23 tbsp maple syrup or honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch of sea salt


Instructions

  • Brew strong coffee and let it cool completely.

  • Whisk milk, coffee, sweetener, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl or jar.

  • Add chia seeds and stir well.

  • Stir again after 10–15 minutes to prevent clumping.

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  • Adjust consistency with extra milk if needed.
