Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (for toddlers over 1 year)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 small ripe banana, mashed

Instructions

  • Whisk cocoa powder with a little milk until smooth.
  • Stir in peanut butter, mashed banana, vanilla, and sweetener.
  • Add the remaining milk and whisk until fully combined.
  • Mix in chia seeds thoroughly.
  • Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Stir before serving and portion into toddler bowls or jars
