Description

These crispy taco cups are the ultimate party food. Perfectly crunchy, cheesy, and packed with bold flavor in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef

  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • 1/3 cup water

  • 8 small flour tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

  • 1/2 cup salsa

  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • 1/2 cup sour cream


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a muffin tin.

  • Press tortillas into muffin cups and pre-bake for 5 minutes.

  • Brown ground beef in a skillet and stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thick.

  • Spoon beef into tortilla cups, add salsa, and top with cheese.

  • Bake 8 to 10 minutes until cheese melts and edges turn golden.

  • Remove from oven, top with tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and sour cream.

  • Serve warm and enjoy.
