Description

Turn ordinary fries into a crispy, garlicky, Parmesan-packed delight that everyone will crave. Perfect as a snack or side dish for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes, peeled or unpeeled

  • 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Peel (optional) and cut potatoes into ¼-inch sticks.

  • Soak fries in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.

  • Toss fries with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.

  • Spread fries in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake 20 minutes. Flip and bake another 15–20 minutes until golden.

  • Sprinkle Parmesan over fries and bake 5 more minutes until melted.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces
