Turn ordinary fries into a crispy, garlicky, Parmesan-packed delight that everyone will crave. Perfect as a snack or side dish for any meal.
Ingredients

4 large russet potatoes, peeled or unpeeled

3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp salt

½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

1 tsp paprika (optional)

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Peel (optional) and cut potatoes into ¼-inch sticks.

Soak fries in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.

Toss fries with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Spread fries in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake 20 minutes. Flip and bake another 15–20 minutes until golden.

Sprinkle Parmesan over fries and bake 5 more minutes until melted.

Garnish with parsley and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces
