- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda

- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 1/2 cups chopped Snickers bars
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two 9-inch cake pans with parchment and grease.
- Whisk together flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla, then combine with dry ingredients.
- Gradually stir in boiling water until smooth.
- Divide batter between pans and bake 30–35 minutes, cool 10 minutes, then transfer to racks.
- Heat cream and pour over chocolate, let sit 2 minutes, whisk until smooth, add butter.
- Place one cake layer on plate, spread caramel, add half of Snickers. Top with second layer. Pour ganache and sprinkle remaining Snickers. Chill 30 minutes before serving.
