Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • ½ cup brewed coffee, cooled

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips (optional)

  • Pinch sea salt


Instructions

  1. Brew strong coffee and allow it to cool completely.

  2. In a bowl or jar, whisk together milk, coffee, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt.

  3. Stir in rolled oats and chia seeds until well combined.

  4. Add Greek yogurt and mix until the texture becomes smooth and creamy.

  5. Fold in mini chocolate chips if using.

  6. Transfer the mixture into a jar or airtight container.

  7. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
