These chocolate pecan clusters taste like they came straight from a New Orleans candy shop. Rich, crunchy, and dangerously easy to make at home.
Ingredients

12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

2 cups pecan halves, toasted

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp sea salt

1 tsp coconut oil or butter (optional)
Instructions

Toast pecans in the oven at 350°F until fragrant, then cool completely.

Melt chocolate gently until smooth and glossy.

Stir vanilla, salt, and optional oil into the chocolate.

Fold pecans into the melted chocolate until fully coated.

Spoon clusters onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
