12 oz white chocolate, finely chopped

1/3 cup heavy cream

3 tbsp blueberry preserves or thick blueberry compote

1/2 cup freeze-dried blueberries, crushed
Instructions

Place chopped white chocolate in a heatproof bowl.

Warm the cream until steaming, then pour over the chocolate.

Let sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth.

Mix in blueberry preserves, vanilla, and salt.

Chill until firm enough to scoop.
