Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.

Beat eggs and sugar until thick and pale.

Spread batter evenly and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

Roll warm cake in a powdered sugar-dusted towel and cool completely.
