- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp lime juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, and seasonings.
- Roll the mixture into 16 to 18 meatballs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Arrange meatballs in the basket and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning halfway.
- Whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a separate bowl.
- Toss the cooked meatballs in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve warm with extra sauce drizzled on top.
