Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs

  • 6 tablespoons melted butter

  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 1 box instant banana pudding mix

  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • ½ cup melted butter

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare springform pan.

  • Mix crust ingredients, press into pan, and bake for 10 minutes.

  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggs one at a time.

  • Fold in bananas, vanilla, and cream, then pour over crust.

  • Bake in water bath for 60–70 minutes and cool gradually.

  • Prepare pudding, spread over cheesecake, and add crunch topping.

  • Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
