2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs

6 tablespoons melted butter

24 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

3 large eggs

1 cup mashed ripe bananas

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup whole milk

1 box instant banana pudding mix

1 cup crushed vanilla wafers

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup melted butter

½ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare springform pan.

Mix crust ingredients, press into pan, and bake for 10 minutes.

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggs one at a time.

Fold in bananas, vanilla, and cream, then pour over crust.

Bake in water bath for 60–70 minutes and cool gradually.

Prepare pudding, spread over cheesecake, and add crunch topping.
