These cherry marshmallow fudge bars are rich, colorful, and impossible to resist. One bite and you will understand why everyone asks for the recipe.
Ingredients

12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

14 oz. sweetened condensed milk

2 tbsp. unsalted butter

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 cup chopped maraschino cherries, drained and dried

1½ cups mini marshmallows

Pinch of salt
Instructions

Line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.

Melt chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.

Let the mixture cool for 5 minutes, then gently fold in cherries and marshmallows.

Spread evenly into the prepared pan and smooth the top.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set, then slice into bars and serve.
