Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

2 tbsp milk

Vegetable oil for frying or cooking spray for baking
Instructions

Mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.

Shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls and chill for 20 to 30 minutes.

Set up flour, egg wash, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.

Coat each ball in flour, dip in egg wash, then roll in breadcrumbs. Repeat for extra crunch.

Fry in 350°F oil for 2 to 3 minutes or bake at 400°F for 12 to 15 minutes until golden.
