12 oz pasta such as penne or rotini

1 lb ground beef

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 small onion, diced

3/4 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican-blend cheese

Instructions

Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, drain, and set aside.
