Description

This double chocolate Easter egg cheesecake is the dessert everyone talks about. Creamy, rich, and tucked inside a chocolate shell, it’s pure holiday magic.


Ingredients

  • 200 g digestive biscuits or graham crackers, crushed

  • 100 g unsalted butter, melted

  • 400 g full-fat cream cheese, room temperature

  • 150 g powdered sugar

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 200 g dark chocolate, melted

  • 200 ml heavy cream

  • 2 large hollow milk chocolate Easter eggs, halved


Instructions

  1. Crush biscuits and mix with melted butter, then press into the base of each Easter egg half and chill.

  2. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and cocoa powder until smooth.

  3. Stir melted dark chocolate into the mixture until fully combined.

  4. Whip heavy cream to soft peaks and gently fold into the filling.

  5. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the prepared Easter egg halves and smooth the tops.

  6. Chill for at least 4 hours until set, then decorate and serve.
