Instructions

Preheat oven to 225°F (110°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper. Draw wreath outlines as a guide.

Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, then vanilla, vinegar, and cornstarch until stiff, glossy peaks form.

Pipe meringue along the drawn circles to create wreaths. Build two layers for height.
