Ingredients

3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/4 cups warm water

2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 cup crushed tomatoes

8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced

Fresh basil leaves
Instructions

Dissolve yeast in warm water and let it foam for 5 minutes.

Mix flour, salt, and olive oil into the yeast mixture to form dough.

Knead until smooth, then let rise until doubled in size.

Preheat oven with pizza stone to 500°F.
